When Melanie and Arthur first began the Hogsnapper’s dining experience back in 2008, their vision was to create a place where the elegant taste of fine dining could be shared by all. No worries about social status in this cool, relaxed atmosphere. Both of them poured their hearts into every detail about the restaurant, from the quality ingredients to the island-themed decor. Whatever the occasion, they wanted to celebrate life with each guest… and to celebrate it with unique, amazing cuisines that could be found nowhere else.
